Driven by curiosity and a life built on purpose, I bring my compassion and analytical expertise to each of our sessions, so that when you leave you feel a sense of relief that someone not only listened, but heard you deeply.

Our 1:1 sessions are a fusion of collaborative energies, where we thoughtfully create peace and meaning together. My aim is to guide you on your journey towards self-discovery, and coach you towards building the mental infrastructure to live your best life.

My Holistic Counseling for Women focuses on building the fortitude for sustaining high performance (i.e. your RADICAL GRIT & inner Badass) by tapping into your purpose, strengths, values, emotional acuity, cognitive flexibility, endurance and self-care.

Wether you are looking to expand your Badass abilities and overcome mental blockages that seem to get in the way of achieving your goals, figuring out what your goals are, looking for emotional support & connection, or want to improve the way you managing your full life to prevent burnout, I got you.

And, because women aren’t machines with schedules and to-do lists, I’m here to support your physical health as a Body Positive Health Coach because taking care of your Badass Bod will help you sustain the ability to meet the mental & physical demands of your life. 1 in 11 people are on GLP-1 medications and I’m here to support the emotional and lifestyle changes unique to this journey.

  • This is where we will first meet and review what support you’re looking for and how I can help.

  • Short-term treatment is when a client is solely looking for support with an action and goal, which usually involves a habit that one would like to change or something new one would like to integrate, such as a mindfulness practice, exercise, eating habits, etc.

    It takes 28 consecutive days to change a habit with consistency and honesty, so a short-term habit-oriented treatment plan will typically take 4 weeks.

  • Client-centered treatment is a combination of exploration and action-oriented collaborative conversations. This can involve looking at one’s past, personality, challenges, relationships, goals, barriers, interests, coping skills, and so on.

    Emotions may arise with ease, typically after the first couple sessions when you’ve become comfortable sharing that side of yourself with me.

    Long-term treatment is client-directed, and can last from just a couple visits or continue for years depending on your needs now and in the future. I have clients whom have seen me on and off for years! I’m truly honored to be a part of your journey for however long I’m invited!

About me… just the bulletpoints

  • I’m a mother of two sons, both now teenagers (and sometimes I just get a grunt out of one of them while the other hugs me daily…kids, am I right?!).

  • I stayed home to raise my sons (oh how I miss when they were my little buddies!) and finished graduate school at the same time (phew!).

  • I grew up in Santa Barbara, CA but have lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for the past 20 years with my husband.

  • I have scoliosis, and it’s something I manage daily.

  • My brother and sister both have brown hair and hazel green eyes, but I’m blond with blue eyes! Oh, and I’m the youngest (but the tallest at 5’11.5”!).

  • I love to: swim, walk/hike uphills (not so keen on downhill though), bake, cook, eat saucy veggies, drink tea, laugh and, well, help people!
