This is where we will first meet, and review what support you’re looking for and how I can help.

Short-term treatment is when a client is solely looking for support with an action and goal, which usually involves a habit that one would like to change or something new one would like to integrate, such as a mindfulness practice, exercise, eating habits, etc.
It takes 28 consecutive days to change a habit with consistency and honesty, so a short-term habit-oriented treatment plan will typically take 4 weeks.

Client-centered treatment is a combination of exploration and action-oriented collaborative conversations. This can involve looking at one’s past, personality, challenges, relationships, goals, barriers, interests, coping skills, and so on. Emotions may arise with ease, typically after the first couple sessions when you’ve become comfortable sharing that side of yourself with me.
Long-term treatment is client-directed, and can last from just a couple visits or continue for years depending on your needs now and in the future. I have clients whom have seen me on and off for years! I’m truly honored to be a part of your journey for however long I’m invited!
